The “HappyMe: This Book Comes Alive” Training for Teachers and Parents focuses on enhancing children’s reading engagement through interactive learning while building essential digital media literacy skills.
The programme brings together educators and parents to explore how interactive books and guided activities can improve reading comprehension, communication, and critical thinking in today’s digital environment.
Through workshops, live demonstrations, and expert sharing sessions, participants gain practical tools to support children’s learning both in classrooms and at home.
This initiative marks an important step in bridging traditional reading with modern digital experiences—ensuring that children not only read more, but also understand, engage, and think more deeply.

(20 เมษายน 2569) กองทุนพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ ให้การสนับสนุนโครงการ “HappyMe หนังสือเล่มนี้มีชีวิต” โดยบริษัท แฮ็ปปี้มี-ดี จำกัด ผู้ได้รับการสนับสนุนทุนประจำปี 2568 เดินหน้ากิจกรรมเสริมทักษะการอ่า น พร้อมความร่วมมือจากองค์การค้าของ สกสค. และหน่วยงานด้านการศึกษาในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ ซึ่งมุ่งพัฒนาหนังสือและสื่อดิจิทัลสำหรับเด็ก จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “พัฒนาองค์ความรู้ในการสนับสนุนการอ่านและสร้างความตระหนักรู้ในการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลสำหรับครูและผู้ปกครอง” ณ ห้องประชุมแกรนด์ปา โรงแรม แกรนด์ปา โฮเทล แอนด์ รีสอร์ท ลำพูน จังหวัดลำพูน
การอบรมครั้งนี้นับเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการขับเคลื่อนโครงการในระดับพื้นที่ ซึ่งมีเป้าหมายครอบคลุม 6 จังหวัด ได้แก่ ลำพูน เชียงใหม่ สงขลา ยะลา ปัตตานี และนราธิวาส เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้และยกระดับการส่งเสริมการอ่านในเด็กและเยาวชนอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยมีครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาเข้าร่วมกว่า 120 คน
ดร.ชำนาญ งามมณีอุดม รองผู้จัดการกองทุนพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ กล่าวว่า โครงการนี้สะท้อนแนวทางการส่งเสริมการอ่านในยุคดิจิทัลที่ต้องพัฒนาไปพร้อมกับรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ โดยมุ่งเน้นทั้งเนื้อหาและ กระบวนการเรียนรู้ ควบคู่กัน เพื่อกระตุ้นการคิดวิเคราะห์ สร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และต่อยอดสู่การเรียนรู้
ด้าน นายสุธีรพันธ์ สุขวุฒิช ัย รองนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดลำพูน ประธานในพิธีเปิด กล่าวว่า การส่งเสริมการอ่านจำเป็นต้องปรับให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของสื่อที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป โดยเฉพาะการนำสื่อดิจิทัลและสื่อแบบ Interactive มาใช้เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่เข้าถึงผู้เรียนมากขึ้น พร้อมเน้นบทบาทของครูและผู้ปกครองในการร่วมกันพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของเด็กและเยาวชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
การอบรมได้ออกแบบเนื้อหาให้ครอบคลุมทั้งในห้องเรียนและระดับครอบครัว โดยเน้นบทบาทของครูและผู้ปกครองในฐานะกลไกสำคัญในการปลูกฝังนิสัยรักการอ่าน ควบคู่กับการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลอย่างรู้เท่าทัน พร้อมเปิดพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมืออย่างต่อเนื่อง ภายในงานมีวิทยากรร่วมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ ได้แก่ ธีรนัย โสตถิปิณฑะ ในหัวข้อสื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในห้องเรียน และสื่อและชุมชนการอ่าน, จักรกฤต โยมพยอม ในหัวข้อการใช้หนังสือ Interactive เพื่อกระตุ้นการอ่าน และครูผู้ใช้หนังสือ Interactive กระตุ้นการอ่าน, ตรัสวิน จิตติเดชารักษ์ ในหัวข้อการอ่านในครอบครัว,และ ผอ.สามารถ สุทะ ร่วมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ในหัวข้อเครือข่ายและโรงเรียนต้นแบบ โดยผู้เข้าร่วมยังได้รับสิทธิ์ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน “Happy Me” ฟรีเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี สำหรับการดำเนินโครงการในระยะถัดไป จะมีการจัดอบรมในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ ณ จังหวัดสงขลา ในวันที่ 8 มิถุนายน 2569 เพื่อขยายโอกาสการเรียนรู้ไปยังครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ต่อไป
(20 April 2026) The Thai Media Fund continues to support the project “HappyMe: This Book is Alive,” led by HappyMe-D Co., Ltd., a recipient of the 2025 annual grant. The initiative advances activities to strengthen reading skills, in collaboration with the Teachers Council of Thailand Office and educational agencies in Northern Thailand. The project focuses on developing books and digital media for children, and recently organized a hands-on workshop titled “Enhancing Knowledge to Support Reading and Building Awareness of Digital Media Usage for Teachers and Parents”at the Grand Pa Hotel & Resort Lamphun.
This workshop marks the starting point for driving the project at a regional level, with a target coverage of six provinces: Lamphun, Chiang Mai, Songkhla, Yala, Pattani, and Narathiwat. The goal is to build a learning network and systematically elevate reading promotion among children and youth. More than 120 teachers and educational personnel participated in the session.
Dr. Chamnarn Ngammaneeudom, Deputy Manager of the Thai Media Fund, stated that the project reflects a modern approach to reading promotion in the digital era—where both content and learning processes must evolve together. The focus is on stimulating critical thinking, inspiring learners, and extending learning opportunities.
Mr. Suteerapun Sukwutichai, Deputy Chief Executive of Lamphun Provincial Administrative Organization and chairman of the opening ceremony, emphasized that reading promotion must adapt to changing media landscapes. In particular, integrating digital and interactive media can create more engaging and accessible learning experiences. He also highlighted the crucial role of teachers and parents in jointly supporting the development of children and youth in a tangible way.
The training program was designed to cover both classroom and family contexts, emphasizing the role of teachers and parents as key drivers in cultivating reading habits. It also promotes responsible and informed use of digital media, while creating opportunities for knowledge exchange and continuous collaboration networks.

Participants were also granted free access to the HappyMe application for one year.
In the next phase, the project will expand to Southern Thailand, with another training session scheduled in Songkhla on 8 June 2026, aiming to extend learning opportunities to teachers and educational personnel in the southern border provinces.
